What We Do
Startup Formation
Does your value proposition get attention? Do you have the needed skills or do you need to augment your team? Is your IP position defensible? Development pathway? Which approach to equity allocation is best for you? We can help.
Business Development
Growing your business requires competitive intelligence and strategic partnerships … we help you negotiate licenses, set up collaboration and research agreements, and provide due diligence on in-licensing arrangements. We are also experienced in outreach to and for nonprofits.
Project De-Risking
Great ideas are at risk unless both the scientific foundations and their intellectual property status has been evaluated. Our scientific due diligence can help mitigate risks and identify new opportunities for business growth.
R&D Strategy and Planning
How will you get from concept to clinic? Is your pre-clinical plan on track to an IND? Can you justify your lab work to stakeholders and investors? What key experiments will take you to the next stage of the value chain? We’ll help you craft a strategy to address all these points.
